National Panhellenic Council sponsors the first Monday in March as International Badge Day. Pin on your Badge on Monday and start some conversations. Share the high academic standards and leadership development found in our chapters. Brag about the philantropic work all our sisters do. You'll hear about the sorority affiliations of your friends and coworkers. You might even learn that someone you know is an Alpha Gamma Delta sister.

Our Annual Bunco Party is March 8 at 6:30 at Jeanette Rogers' home, 12105 Brookfield Club Drive, Roswell. We'll have refreshments and lots of fun rolling the dice. The game is easy with excitement in every round! You might even win a prize. This project is a fundraiser for the North Atlanta Alumnae Club with a suggested donation of $10. Hope you can join us. Club meeting this week: Thursday February 9

The February meeting of Alpha Gamma Delta's North Atlanta Club will be this Thursday, February 9 at 6:30 pm in my home.

Our community service for this month will be collecting food for a local food pantry. I am sure they would appreciate the usual items of canned goods, peanut butter or other staples that have a long shelf life. If you have any donations for prizes for our March Bunco, please bring them also.

Pecan Sale sets record profit for Alpha Gamma Delta Foundation

Congratulations to our top pecan sellers this year: Nancy Tuneski, Jeanette Rogers, Susan Oder, and Gina Miller. We had a record of twelve sisters selling pecans to raise funds for Alpha Gamma Delta Foundation. Thanks to all who bought or sold pecans. Many sisters will benefit from the programs funded through the Alpha Gamma Delta Foundation.

Join us for our first meeting of the New Year Thursday, January 12 at 6pm at The Diner at Northpoint, 2355 Mansell Road, Alpharetta. We'll order off the menu and enjoy a social evening together. We will collect aluminum can tabs to benefit Ronald McDonald Charities for our philanthropy project this month. Pictured is the collection box for tabs that was distributed last year. The sisters of the North Atlanta Alumnae Club of Alpha Gamma Delta Fraternity meet regularly for food, fun, and fellowship. We support Mu Chapter at Brenau University, the Alpha Gamma Delta Foundation, and North Atlanta philanthropic causes.

We are a diverse group with sisters from more than 10 different chapters. We enjoy diversity in ages with recent graduates in their 30’s enjoying activities with sisters who have served for decades earning the honors of the Fraternity.
